The project's earlier developers sold their entire token holdings and walked away, abandoning both the official website and the domain name.
The domain and website became available
Because the original team let the website and domain lapse, the current community was able to acquire eggnuke.com and rebuild the site from scratch — the one you're reading now.
The latest community takeover (CTO)
A new community took over the project. The official website now belongs to that community, and full responsibility for developing the project going forward sits with the current team.
A DAO, run by holders
Everything the project does from here is intended to be decided by a DAO, so that every major move is made with the agreement of EGGNUKE holders — not a small team acting alone.
